  • Your reservation is only definitive as from the moment you receive a confirmation.
 
 

Tariffs

Conditions

  • Tariffs are per week, shorter periods only upon request
  • Arrival and departure preferably on Saturday (exceptions on this can be allowed only in low season)
  • Tariffs are on condition of availability
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking
 

Tariffs 2023 / 2024

  • March - June : CHF 750 / week
  • July - August : CHF 950 / week
  • September - November : CHF 750 / week
  • December - January (excluding the weeks of Christmas and New Year) + Easter holidays: CHF 950 / week
  • February + weeks of Christmas and New Year : CHF 1.600 / week

 

Included 

  • Rental of the appartment
  • Private covered parking place
  • energy cost (water, heating, electricity)

 

Additional Costs

  • Taxe de séjour (per night : CHF 3,8 adults - CHF 1,9 children and seniors - children up to 6 years are free)
  • Usage of bed sheets and towels and cleaning fee at the end of the stay CHF 130

  • For reservations covering more than two weeks, a discount of 20% is offered.
  • Low season : upon request
